Table of Contents
Product: Adobe Suite
Audience: All staff who require the use of Adobe products.
Overview
Some staff require Adobe products such as Acrobat (for editing PDFs) or Photoshop (For creating graphics, photos, and art). This document is intended to guide those staff members in getting started with the Adobe suite of products.
Tools/Equipment Needed
A web browser and a connection to the internet.
Log Into Adobe
The process below will allow access to the Adobe website and can also be used to log back into Adobe applications if you are ever signed out (just skip the first step of opening the web browser).
Open any web browser (Chrome is preferred) and go to www.adobe.com . Select Sign In near the upper right-hand area of the site shown here.

Enter your district email address in the Email address field and select Continue. Do not use “Continue with Google” (you will not receive the correct licensing).

This will redirect you to the Corvallis School District authentication page. Use your full email address and district password to log in. This is the same password you use to access Gmail and other Google applications.

If you see a prompt that asks if you'd like to stay logged in, select “Don't show this again” and click Yes.
You are now logged into Adobe!
If you have followed this process and are still being prompted to use trial versions of programs, you may not have been added to the enterprise license. Submit a ticket with justification for school use of Adobe programs and Technology Services will be able to assist you.
