End of Year Staff Device Verification

Admin Staff Device Verification
- Before the end of year, make an appointment with Admins
- Have them bring their devices to meeting
- Verify that the wifi is connecting on CSD Device
- Look them up in IIQ and verify each of their devices
- Check the devices meet the scope (Devices Scoped by Position)
- Go to each device
- Click on verification and Audits
- Click verified and correct
- Collect devices that are not scoped to the staff person
- If they do not have them or you are unable to collect them
- Create a ticket
- Write an explanation of the situation (forgot to bring it, lost it, thought they returned it, will bring it in tomorrow, etc.)
- Assign the ticket to yourself so you can check
Certified Staff Device Verification
- Before the end of year, make an appointment with each Teacher
- Have them bring their devices to meeting (in their classroom)
- Verify that the wifi is connecting on CSD Device
- Look them up in IIQ and verify each of their devices
- Check the devices meet the scope (Devices Scoped by Position)
- Go to each device
- Click on verification and Audits
- Click verified and correct
- Collect devices that are not scoped to the staff person
- If they do not have them or you are unable to collect them
- Create a ticket
- Write an explanation of the situation (forgot to bring it, lost it, thought they returned it, will bring it in tomorrow, etc.)
- Assign the ticket to yourself so you can check
- Complete the classroom checklist (links below) for each classroom
Classified Staff Device Verification and Collection
- Before the end of year, make appointment with each Classified staff person
- Have them bring their devices to meeting
- Look them up in IIQ and verify each of their devices
- Collect all devices
- Check them in in IIQ
- Label devices for all staff planning to return next year
- If they do not have them or you are unable to collect them
- Create a ticket
- Write an explanation of the situation (forgot to bring it, lost it, thought they returned it, will bring it in tomorrow, ect.)
- Assign the ticket to yourself so you can check
- Collect all devices
- Go through the Classified End of Year checklist
- Complete End of Year checklist
