Overview
To record the greeting or message on an Auto Attendant, here are the directions to make it happen. Just remember that if you want to change the number a prompt goes to, you have to let Tony know so he can make that change.

Directions
- Dial auto attendant (*xxxx)
- When you hear the greeting, press #*.
- Enter YOUR phone extension (last 4).
- Enter YOUR PIN then #.
Auto Attendant Prompts:

For business hours prompts, press 1
- For the welcome greeting, press 1
- For the main menu prompt, press 2
- To return to the prompt provisioning main menu, press the * key

For afterhours prompts, press 2
- For the welcome greeting, press 1
- For the main menu prompt, press 2
- To return to the prompt provisioning main menu, press the * key
- For the informational announcement , press 5
- To exit prompt provisioning, press the * key
