Overview

This is how to Add the G-W Health Curriculum to your Canvas Course and to ensure both Instructor and Student Access to the materials

• To add the new Health Curriculum, you're going to Import Course Content from the Course Commons in Canvas.

• On the resulting page, use the Filter option to narrow the Commons down to Corvallis School District

• Search the term 'master' and it should bring up the G-W Master Course that you're going to import. High School levels will use the (HS) one, Middle School levels will use the (MS) one.

• Click into it, and select the Import/Download option on the right side of the screen, select your Course and finish by clicking the Import into Course button.

• Once it's imported into your course, which will take a few minutes, you'll navigate to Modules in the Canvas course and select the first option: INSTRUCTOR - Activate Your Subscription

• You should see the result screen like the one below, and now you can edit what content that you imported remains in your course.

• Make sure to Keep the "Activate Your Subscription" Resource for your Students, they need to use that to activate their access to the curriculum.
