What to do

  • Go to password.csd509j.net, or contact your building SPOC, to reset your password. This will change for your account everywhere.
  • If you didn't at first, contact your SPOC to let them know.
  • Keep an eye out for any suspicious activity from your email account. Any emails you didn't send, items going missing, etc. Inform your SPOC if you find anything suspicious. Email any concerns to [email protected].

Conclusion

Phishing is more common than ever. If you fall victim to a phishing attack, there are a few ways to combat it if you react quickly enough. Working with your school's IT team will be key.

For technical questions, please contact your building SPOC.
