Background

• We are under contract with CTX and must abide by the contract
• Service and supply phone number and the device ID is on a sticker on the printer and copier
• When issues arise, the school or department staff will call the appropriate CTX phone number.
• CTX sends high-end trained professionals who have the proper equipment and training to complete the needed repairs and servicing often the same day or within 24 hours.
• Although Technology Services staff help with devices, this does not include copiers and printers.
• If CSD employees try to service a machine, the device warranty may be voided.
