Problem

Mac trying to direct print and gets a “Remote User” banner sheet.

Solution

This is because of the Xerox driver being used.  Either the MFD can be removed from Mobility Print (and by default from all Zones), and then re-added with the generic driver.

OR

On each local device, do the following:

1.  Print (File - Print or command-p)
2.  Select the app printing from and change to "Printer Features"
3.  Change feature from "Print Quality/Color" to "JCL"
4.  Uncheck "Banner Sheet"

Before actually printing, you can change the Presets to "Save Current Settings as Presets...."
