Bottom Line Up Front

Below you’ll find the Technology Services’ Standard Operating Procedure for staff to check out a device that is “out of scope”.

Background

Corvallis School District Technology Services works diligently to provide functional devices for Staff, customized by their position and job-related tasks.

For staff with multiple positions, we will provide the device with the highest technical specifications with input from the staff member.

For those times when there is a temporary need beyond the scope of their job description (e.g., using specialized software only available on another device or operating system):

Technology Services has made a number of devices available in each school office for use as a short-term check out.
