Overview

Need tech support? This article will explain how to request technical assistance and where to submit tickets. 
 

In-Person Support

Each school is assigned a dedicated technology staff member, commonly called a SPOC (Single Point of Contact). SPOCs are generally the fastest way to receive individualized and in-person support.

Tech 2 Coverage/Depth Chart

Technology coverage for Adams and Bridges will be provided by the District Office Tech 2s. The preferred method for receiving technology support is through Incident IQ (for routine requests). For urgent requests, please utilize the Technology Services Help Desk: (541) 757-3911.

Each has a designated day to be the Primary (first) Tech on call. They have created a “depth chart” for coverage if someone is out/on vacation/or otherwise engaged when an urgent request comes in.

Typically, a Tech 2 will check in with the Office Staff at Adams and Bridges, review the service ticket queue in Incident IQ. Resolve urgent service tickets, and prioritize ticket resolution and other Tech 2 duties as needed.
