- Technology Services will conduct a walkthrough to determine whether the request falls under their coverage or if specialized support is required.
- A determination will be made regarding the scope of the project.
- If outside help is needed and/or equipment is to be ordered, obtain a budget number from the school or department.
- Schedule a walkthrough with the vendor, if applicable.
- Coordinate with Facilities/Trades.
- Order equipment.
- Inventory the received equipment.
- Schedule the installation.
- Schedule user training on the new sound system.
